Who we are
Relicol is a product of Cloudsembly AB, registered in Sweden, which is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at hello@relicol.com.
What we collect and why
If you join the pre-launch list, we store your email address, the time you gave consent, the gift code assigned to you, and a founding number we keep internally and never display. We use them for one purpose: to send you your Founders Collection code right away and to tell you when Relicol opens. We do not collect names, IP addresses, or analytics identifiers through this form.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the checkbox on the signup form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your address.
Where the data lives
The list is stored with Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this page and its database, and the code email is delivered through Resend, Inc. Both act as our data processors under data processing agreements that include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies and bot protection
This page sets no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why it shows no cookie banner. The signup form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may use strictly necessary security tokens to distinguish people from bots; these are exempt from consent and are not used to track you across sites.
How long we keep it
Until shortly after launch, when the list has served its purpose, and no longer than 12 months from signup. If you sign up for a Relicol account at launch, your account is governed by the full Relicol privacy policy published at that time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Email hello@relicol.com and we will respond promptly.
